Jun 28, 2018 3:45:03 AM / by Chris Heinz

If you'd like to promote, teach, inspire, and spread the joy of strengths, here are 34 free downloadable icons to help you. There's one icon per talent theme and each are unique.

But first, here are seven ways to use them:

Email Signature

Write your top five talent themes in your email signature, then post icons to represent them. Let your email recipients know who you are. Your themes are powerful indicators of your contributions!

Name plates

You may have a plate on your office door with your name and job title on it. Include your top talent themes and their icons. Your icons splash color and interest on your name plate.

Table tents

If you lead strengths workshops, include icons on name tags or table tents. The icons paint a picture to help students learn what their themes are about.

Educational resources

When introducing strengths to others, insert icons on educational resources. Help students understand theme definitions by connecting meaning to metaphors.

Coach reports

If you coach others on strengths, include icons in your coach reports and materials. As coachees are getting to know their strengths, icons will stick in their minds and bring fresh insights.

Recognition software

If your organization uses recognition software to acknowledge the good works of employees, use strengths icons to call out good use of strengths. Become strengths recognition scouts!

Organization intranet site

If your organization has an intranet site with employee information, include top five talents and icons. Make information about each employee accessible to all.

I've listed seven ways to use these free downloadable icons. How else can you use them?
